Location

Travelstride’s main office is in Austin, Texas. It's our new HQ - we recently moved from San Francisco. We have extended team members spanning the globe. This position must work from our Austin office (Galvanize space, downtown).

Your Opportunity

You will own the supply side of our experiential travel marketplace and grow revenue with a focus on creating the most successful partnerships with Tour Operators, DMOs, Travel Advisors and Affiliates.

You will be a key part of an elite team that is passionate about travelers experiencing extraordinary trips across the globe. While Travelstride is already the #1 US reviews site for multi day tours and adventure packages, we are still at the beginning of our journey, recently launched a major new product, and you will have a big impact on our growth trajectory, revenue and company strategy.

 

Role

This is a “farmer” role. You will work with existing partners, guiding them through the onboarding process and supporting them throughout the relationship. You will manage an operations team that adds and checks trip content ensuring productivity and quality. You will generate account reports of customer performance on Travelstride and share with partners. We are a lean team, so you will touch all facets of the business, working closely with the Business Development Representative, the Product team, Tech team and junior team members.

2. 80% NPS score

3. Gain backlinks

4. Optimize invoicing and revenue collection

5. Increase trip count on Travelstride

6. Increase number of traveler reviews on Travelstride platform

7. Translate and prioritize feedback from customers to Product and Engineering teams

 

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Supplier success: Maintain relationships with tour operator partners by providing support, information and guidance

  • Generate reports and reconcile bookings with our tour operator partners

  • Research and recommend new opportunities for customer promotion

  • Prepare invoices

  • Manage operations team (2 remote part timers currently) - prioritizing and checking data entry tasks

  • Maintain quality service

  • Be a flexible, hands-on team player

Most Relevant Experience For the Role

  • 1-3 years experience as a Customer Success, Sales, Operations or relevant role

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite products

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

  • Understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques

  • Fast learner

  • Self-motivated with entrepreneurial results-driven approach

Location

Must work in Travelstride’s Austin office (though we are partially remote for time-being due to COVID)
