We’re looking for an experienced, highly motivated Head Of DevOps, to support and lead our DevOps efforts. You will be part of the R&D management team, mentor, train and motivate a team of highly skilled people, to build highly reliable and secure products.
As our Head Of DevOps You’ll lead a team and create a highly reliable production environment, build and standardize the tools and methodologies to operate and secure the production environment. You’ll lead by example, roll up your sleeves, be hands-on and get things done. It’s an amazing opportunity to take part to lead an amazing team to achieve the goal and help us make sure we are building The world’s only Weather Intelligence Platform.
What you’ll need:
- 6+ years experience and vast knowledge in tools and methodologies of DevOps - CI/CD, Monitoring, Automation, IaC - must
- 3+ years of management experience - must.
- Experience as a DevOps leader from high scale, big data, SaaS companies - must.
- Experience in maintaining a production environment, and keeping it highly reliable, with knowledge of HA, DR, Continuous Monitoring, and automation - must
- High technical skills with high understanding of cloud architecture and scale
- High soft skills, ability to motivate & inspire others, excellent communication skills.
- Hands on-experience in the domain
- Vast experience in a cloud environment, and modern infrastructure (functions, k8s, Data pipelines, managed DB and storage, etc…).
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
