Job Description

We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager reporting to our Director of Growth to help lead the growth of our marketplace and support our Sales and Business Development teams. You will be a key player in scaling the partnership side of Miles and the end-to-end planning and execution of our marketing initiatives with a direct impact on our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive full execution of all lead generation campaigns/growth marketing plans including GTM strategies, campaigns, tools, and key programs that help engage and build relationships with partners and support business growth
  • Leading email marketing and lead nurturing
  • Developing the voice of Miles being an excellent marketing channel for brands
  • Creating content that will include blog posts and case studies
  • Applying SEO for all partner web pages
  • Producing webinars and building a marketing community
  • Landing page optimization and experimentation through A/B testing
  • Paid lead generation through LinkedIn Ads, paid social, SEM, programmatic display, etc.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align on marketing strategies and plans, including sales leadership and product

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5+ years of experience growth marketing/demand generation with marketplaces or SaaS B2B marketing
  • Orchestrating stories and experiences throughout a customer journey - what will grab our audience’s attention
  • You’ve developed a point of view on how your campaign objectives and leads to business results, reporting out of the CRM from an opportunity and pipeline perspective
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and revenue funnel
  • Experience with paid lead generation
  • Experience extracting, analyzing, summarizing, and communicating data
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment and willing to take initiative
